Dan Collins Returns to Hunneman as Senior Vice President – Boston Real Estate Times

BOSTON— Hunneman has announced the return of Dan Collins as senior vice president, bringing more than 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience to the Boston-based firm. Collins previously served as a vice president at Hunneman from 2010 to 2014.
In his new role, Collins will focus on tenant representation and occupier services, advising companies on leasing, lease renewals, relocations and expansions throughout Greater Boston. His experience representing both tenants and landlords is expected to inform his approach to negotiations and help clients navigate a range of commercial real estate decisions.
Collins will also draw on Hunneman’s integrated platform, which includes brokerage, capital markets and property management services, to support clients’ broader real estate strategies.
“Dan brings both significant experience and a bevy of knowledge back to Hunneman. We are fortunate that he knows both our firm, and the markets he serves incredibly well,” said Steve Prozinski, CEO of Hunneman. “He has advised both tenants and landlords through several market cycles, and his relationships across Greater Boston run deep. Having him back on the platform strengthens what we can deliver for our clients, and we are glad to welcome him home.”
For Collins, the return represents an opportunity to reconnect with a firm where he established important professional relationships and continue serving the Boston commercial real estate market.
“Hunneman is where I built some of the most important relationships of my career, and the firm’s commitment to its clients and to the Boston community is what brought me back,” Collins said. “I am looking forward to working alongside a team with deep roots in this market and putting the full breadth of the platform to work for my clients.”
A graduate of Boston College, Collins also maintains ties to the local community through his involvement with Special Olympics Massachusetts, where he has served on the board of directors since July 2018.
His return adds an experienced broker with perspectives on both tenant and landlord representation to Hunneman’s team as the firm continues to serve occupiers and other commercial real estate clients across Greater Boston.
