Brands by Integra has expanded its Florida footprint with the acquisition of two established brokerages, Century 21 Jim White & Associates in Treasure Island and Coldwell Banker Home Lovers Realty in Miami.
The acquisitions add teams in the Tampa Bay and South Florida markets to Brands by Integra’s growing network.
“Florida continues to be an important part of the Brands by Integra growth story, and these two acquisitions represent exactly the type of partnerships we are looking to build,” said Dan Firda, CEO of Brands by Integra. “We’re excited to welcome both organizations into our family and provide their agents with additional resources and opportunities to grow.”
Century 21 Jim White & Associates has served buyers and sellers in Treasure Island, St. Petersburg, the Gulf beaches and the greater Tampa Bay area since opening its Treasure Island office in 1983. The brokerage has particular experience in residential, waterfront and luxury real estate.
The acquisition also brings Dania Perry into the Brands by Integra network, who was named the No. 1 worldwide Century 21 producer by sales production in 2018.
In Miami, Coldwell Banker Home Lovers Realty serves residential clients throughout South Florida and provides services in both English and Spanish.
“Miami is a tremendous real estate market, and expanding our presence there is an exciting milestone for our organization,” Firda said. “Our goal is to build on that foundation, giving agents more tools, more support and more opportunities while preserving the local relationships that made the brokerage successful.”
The two acquisitions add to a period of continued expansion for Brands by Integra, a family-owned network of real estate and housing-related companies led by the D’Amico family since 1994. The organization now includes more than 70 offices across 19 states.
