A current renter, after the lease was signed said " I hope you are not a helicopter landlord" I asked him what he meant. Answer had a landlord once that showed up every week for some reason or other. So far, we are doing OK but have not had an interior visit for 6 months. Got one coming up soon, excuse to check batteries in smoke alarms. We will see if everything is ok or I have a story to tell.
