Keller Williams Realty is collaborating with Rejig.AI to offer KW-affiliated agents an AI-powered marketing assistant that automates hyperlocal listing and social media content while keeping agents in control of what gets published, the companies announced Monday.

The partnership extends KW’s open technology strategy unveiled in February, when the Austin-based franchisor outlined plans to make its Command smart CRM platform more integration-ready for outside partners.

Through the collaboration, KW-affiliated agents can use Rejig.AI to generate agent-branded posts, videos and market reports, as well as automatically create marketing content, which agents can approve before publishing, when a listing hits the MLS, according to the announcement.

“We’re focused on giving KW entrepreneurs every advantage to maximize their opportunities, and Rejig.AI delivers that by helping agents create relevant, hyperlocal marketing at scale while giving them back valuable time,” Chris Cox, chief technology and digital officer at KW, said in the release.

The integration comes as brokerages and franchises race to embed generative AI into their tech stacks, particularly around CRM, listing marketing and social media. For real estate agents, consistent online visibility has become a core prospecting and nurture channel as more buyers and sellers start their search on portals, social platforms and search engines.

“Real estate agents know they need to consistently market themselves and their listings, but creating that content takes time,” Matthew Maier, co-founder of Rejig.AI, said. “Our collaboration with KW brings AI-powered marketing directly to its entrepreneurs, doing more of the heavy lifting behind the scenes while keeping agents in control of their brand and what they publish.”

With Rejig.AI, KW-affiliated agents will be able to manage social media channels, as well as generate and plan posts, reels, print flyers and AI-narrated video walkthroughs throughout the listing lifecycle, including coming soon, just listed, open house, under contract and just sold. Additionally, they will

Rejig.AI reports that agents can save more than 10 hours per week on social media activities using its tools. For time- and capacity-constrained agents, those hours can be reallocated to lead generation, showings and transaction management, which may be especially valuable in a slower, low-inventory market where every opportunity matters.
