WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, a prominent commercial brokerage firm in Massachusetts, recently facilitated a lease expansion for MedMinder, resulting in a total footprint of 24,000 square feet.
MedMinder, a provider of integrated pharmacy, medication adherence, and connected care solutions, chose to expand its operations at 320 Norwood Park South to accommodate growth. MedMinder was represented by Larry Epstein from Savills, while R.W. Holmes represented the landlord, Brave Dog Properties.
Last year, R. W. Holmes negotiated the purchase of 320 Norwood Park South on behalf of Brave Dog Properties and currently serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the 40,000-square-foot R&D building.
With this expansion, the property is now 85% leased, leaving only 6,000 square feet available for lease. The building is specifically designed for R&D users in need of high-image space and robust infrastructure for their research and operations.
