BOSTON– PLNT Burger – the 100% plant based, quick casual, vegan restaurants, known for its chef-crafted, nutrient rich, planet-friendly proteins, certified kosher and halal menu- announced the opening of its first brick-and-mortar Boston-area location in late-July at 297 Harvard Street, Coolidge Corner across from the iconic Coolidge Corner Theatre. The opening marks PLNT Burger’s 14th location.
For Wellesley native Seth Goldman, co-founder of PLNT Burger, Honest Tea and Beyond Meat, this project is a homecoming.
“The Boston area has always relished delicious food and conscious capitalism. We are thrilled to offer mouth-watering plant-based food to the Coolidge Corner community” he says. “Our food choices represent our biggest daily environmental footprint and we can’t wait to empower Bostonians to ‘Eat the Change’ they wish to see in the world.”
PLNT Burger is committed to “Radical Inclusivity” and proudly offers a safe space for EVERYONE, a menu that is certified Kosher, Halal, GMO-Free, features GF options, and is suitable for any taste preference.
PLNT Burger Co-Founders Spike Mendelsohn and Seth Goldman will be on hand to welcome guests. Additionally, PLNT Burger will work with students from the Brookline and Greater Boston area to design a kids’ meal box featuring student artwork that will launch in tandem with the opening.
