Berkeley Partners, based in Oakland, Calif., enlisted R.W. Holmes as the exclusive leasing agent for this industrial, flex, and R&D park last year.

Situated on 14.8 acres at 71-312 Tosca Drive, the six-building, 212,000-square-foot park offers tenants adaptable industrial, flex, and R&D spaces. The buildings in the park feature 14-foot clear heights, 24 loading docks, and other amenities. Available spaces range from 2,800 SF to 11,000 SF.
Since taking ownership in 2022, Berkeley Partners has made significant upgrades to the infrastructure, façade, parking lot, and white box spaces at the Tosca Drive Industrial Park.
