A lot of positive information here. With interest rates doubling since first 5.5 months of 2022, are most of these purchases cash or with more than the normal 20% down? Great information again.
Love the channel – I would be interested to see how much this list would change if you did it based on price per sq Ft. I would think a sample size of ~25 in a town with say 5000 homes would lead to some wonky numbers.
