Love the videos about Quincy but got a question. Clearly the price per square foot varies significantly, and I’ve noticed there’s generally a big distinction in averages for a house than a condo. Is this the best metric to consider when valuing a property or determining whether you got a deal? Also, if you could give context on averages for the condo market specifically that would be great!
