The average worst slum 1 bedroom apartment full of mold just to rent a room will run $800-$1100 if you want a slum 1 bedroom bachelor studio size apartment you are gonna run at $1900 to start and that's not inclusive you have a all utilities on top of that you want an average livable 1 bedroom $2200 to start and that's in shitty places not even the big cities or desirable areas
