BOSTON– West Shore has appointed Amanda Kitts as its Vice President of Property Management. Kitts brings extensive experience in the multifamily housing industry and will be responsible for managing West Shore’s national multifamily portfolio of 46 properties in the Sun Belt region of the United States. Her role includes overseeing operations, revenue management, budgetary analysis, and staff development. Kitts will work closely with the West Shore team on new acquisitions and ensuring exceptional operational performance.
Prior to joining West Shore, Kitts served as the Senior Vice President of Property Management at Northwood Ravin. She has been involved in successful lease ups, property acquisitions, and dispositions throughout her career. Kitts holds various industry certifications and has received recognition for her leadership in the field.
