“Home price growth continued to slow down on a yearly basis in March, even though the market saw its strongest monthly gains of 2025 so far…This contrast between decreasing year-over-year appreciation and a resurgence in spring activity showcased how the housing market transitioned from being resilient to experiencing a broader seasonal recovery. Despite affordability challenges persisting, limited supply and steady demand drove prices up in most metropolitan areas.”
