This is not the same market that crashed from the peak of 2007. Even in the aftermath of 2008. Even then it took 3.5 years for prices to recover. Not even a full cycle. Now it's a completely different economy as globalization shifts inwards. Fed and Dems will be looking for resolution much faster going into an election year in 2024. Over 50% of selling currently is fear.
Says the guy that says the real estate market is crashing, but only says it will crash only 10%. That is not a crash….
California real estate definitely started collapsing in 2006. It's a good thing Obamanomics came along and taught America about revised numbers, shrinkflation, the EBT card and living in cars. We barely survived that one.
